When you contact us

If you call or write on Viber, we receive whatever you choose to tell us — usually a name, a number and the property you are asking about. There is no other way to send us anything: the contact form is not yet active and submits nothing.

Viber is a Rakuten service with its own privacy policy; that conversation runs through their servers, not through this site.

What is stored on your device

The site sets no cookies. It stores two settings locally in your browser, and only after you choose them:

• the light or dark appearance you selected;
• whether you view listings as cards or as rows.

Neither leaves your device, neither identifies you, and both disappear when you clear your browser data.

Who else sees a request

Cloudflare — hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes your IP address in order to deliver the pages and protect the site.

OpenStreetMap — maps

On property pages with a map, the map tiles are requested from openstreetmap.org once the map approaches your screen. That request includes your IP address. On pages without a map it never happens.

There are no advertising networks, social buttons or embedded videos. Fonts are served from here, not from a third party.

How long we keep it

What you give us in an enquiry is kept for as long as the conversation about that property lasts. The exact period will be set when the contact form goes live.

Your rights

You may ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of anything you have given us, and you may object to its processing. Ask on the number above. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
